Video Artifact refers to an extraneous element in the captured image that is typically generated in an analog video signal. Distracting artifacts on the screen draw a viewer's attention away from the area of focus and can negatively impact the customer experience. Any derivatives of the asset will also have the video artifact.

Review and confirm if this is creative intent; otherwise, remove the video artifact. It's typically done by the matte or minor scale to the outside frame edges.
