Definition:

Wrong Language refers to any portion of dialogue in an audio track that is performed in a language different from the expected language. This error impacts the content quality of an asset. If the audio stream selected does not contain the language that was tagged or the language that is expected to be present, it will negatively affect the customer experience. Any derivatives of the asset will also contain the wrong language.

The language in the entire file does not match the filename or the tagged metadata language.


Solution:

Review and confirm with the producers to see if it is creative intent; otherwise, re-record the audio in the intended language or replace the wrong language with the correct audio stream.
