Why isn’t the video playing for me in Phase 4?

Answer:

Please make sure you that you are using a machine with Windows 8 or higher for PC and OSX 10.11 or higher for Mac. Also verify that your Flash Player is at least Version 25.0.0.127, you are using a Chrome browser, and you have at least at 20mbps internet connection.

You may need to enable the Flash plugin within Chrome, which you can do by following these steps:

  1. Type "Chrome:Plugins" into the search bar of your browser. This should open the Chrome plugins settings page.
  2. Click the box under Adobe Flash Player that says "Always allowed to run".
  3. Restart Chrome.
  4. Mobile devices are currently not supported.
