Incorrect Channel Mapping
Audio is missing content which could indicate the wrong audio channels were used.
In the example below you can see that there is no dialogue. This could indicate the wrong content was mapped to the center channel.
Usually occurs when the wrong contents are used e.g. Music & Effects tracks instead of a Full Mix, or if channels are inverted i.e. the left and right channel have been swapped, or a 5.1 mixdown to stereo has not been performed correctly.
Double check your master source and verify the contents of each channel. If the channel mapping sounds correct, reach out to your Netflix representative to ensure this matches the channel mapping specified in the metadata during upload through the Backlot Delivery UI.
A redelivery of a correct asset will most likely be required.
