Definition:

The MOV file does not appear to have iTunes compliant video or audio, specifically the wrong codecs were used. We require all MOV files to meet the iTunes Video and Audio Asset Guide (v5.2)

Solution:

Re-encode the asset ensuring it meets the requirements set out in the iTunes Video and Audio Asset Guide (v5.2). We recommend that you utilize an Assisted QC tool which contains Netflix/iTunes ProRes profiles to check the file before delivery.
