Question:

Can I shoot High Frame Rate (HFR)?

Answer:

Yes. Since high frame rates are common for stylistic and slow-motion shots, it is allowed as long as the camera is equipped with the ability to record 4K at the higher frame-rates. As an example, the Sony cameras require a special magazine / recorder to shoot above 60fps at 4K. Each camera has their own HFR modes which require specific settings to capture true 4K HFR.
